Renault unveiled the New Renault Twingo Sport at the Frankfurt Motorshow.
Dressed in an eye-catching Yellow coat of paint, the latest addition to Renault’s Sport range turned the heads of the motoring media as well as attracting quite a crowd of the viewing public.
The new Renault Twingo is aimed at those wanting a nimble and fun compact car and, with the added Renaultsport Va-Va-Voom, it looks every bit as good as it drives. In line with the styling of the Renault Clio, the car features a Formula One-style front blade - a nod to Renault's tremendous F1 success. It’s16 inch "Emotion" alloy wheels and rear wheel arch extensions give the new Twingo the extra sporty look.
Optional extras available on the new Twingo include the Cup Chassis Pack – with it’s stiffer springs and dampers and an extra inch on the wheels. In addition, the F1-style front blade, door mirrors and spoiler can all be finished in anthracite for a more personalised touch.
The Liquid Yellow theme continues into the car's interior with stitching on the seats and steering wheel. Customers can also purchase the Renaultsport Monitor onboard telemetry system - a proven success on the Clio Renaultsport 200 and Mégane Renaultsport 250. There are further cost-effective options to consider too such as a choice of roof decals and door mirror colours.
New Twingo Renaultsport 133 will go on sale in the UK in April 2012. Nearer the launch date, we'll provide further specification details and pricing.
